A Note From the Founder
The name Faithful Ventures is rooted in both faith and strategy: the courage to step out even when the path isn’t fully clear, and the wisdom to move forward with intention.
Building Faithful Ventures started as a mustard seed of faith. Growing up I was surrounded by all kinds of business leaders. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside venture capital funds, innovative startups, community organizations, and churches building a strong foundation in operations, project management, and administrative services. This kind of exposure allowed me to see how organizations adapt to change, embark on new opportunities, and overcome obstacles. I admired the vision and determination from the founders, business owners, and company leaders I’ve worked with. I didn’t see myself as naturally entrepreneurial—but I was nurtured into it. After some hesitation, I realized it was time to take a leap of faith and channel my expertise into something I’m truly passionate about: helping small organizations thrive and make a lasting impact.
Launching Faithful Ventures Consulting was a pivotal moment—a leap of faith that transformed my passion into purpose. Each step I took was a risk, but I embraced the gifts God gave me and created a platform to uplift others. I wanted to target small organizations because I’ve experienced being on a small team trying to do a lot yet feeling the pressures of competing priorities, lack of time, communication inefficiencies, and limited resources. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel—so I created Faithful Ventures to provide the kind of strategic and administrative support that makes a real difference.
Today, as both a founder and a consultant, I approach the company-building process with renewed perspective and energy, ready to help others navigate their journey with the same courage that brought me here.
Do not underestimate the small things.
Small can be impactful.
Small can build momentum.
Small can be nurtured
Small can move mountains
As I serve others through Faithful Ventures, I carry this belief into every client relationship. Because small, consistent steps—done faithfully—can lead to big transformation.
